Keys
Remember to have keys with you at all times as both the front door and security gate lock when shut. On your final departure, leave the keys in the metal container in the kitchen and pull the door closed.
Courtyard
Cushions for the courtyard chairs are in the spare bedroom – put them out on arrival and please take them back inside when you leave (or if it rains). And feel free to water the plants if they look like they need it!
You may smoke in the courtyard – please do NOT smoke in the apartment (and just be careful of the noise travelling up to the other apartments).

The router is inside the cupboard next to the front door and you should be able to scan the code there as well or below.
Washer/Dryer
Place washing powder into the left hand compartment and the express cycle is usually fine.
After using the dryer, you have to empty BOTH the container that collects fluff (two parts) AND the water container (at the top) as it fills quickly and won’t work unless it is empty.
Rubbish
Please use the metal tin in one of the kitchen cupboards (there are rubbish bags) and take all rubbish down to the bins on the ground floor (to the left as are exiting). Bottles etc can be placed next to the bins.
Before you depart
- Please throw away all perishables (food etc) and empty the Nespresso pods
- Take all rubbish downstairs
- Hang up any wet towels/bath mats in the bathrooms
- Turn off all lights and shut and lock all windows and doors
- Leave keys in the metal bowl in the kitchen
